Should anyone *really* be in this situation, all you would have to do is take a quick airplane ride to the country where the online poker site is physically located. Then, you could withdraw your money in person. No problems. Of course, you’d still have to deal with the taxes, but the money would be legal. It’s illegal to gamble online at a site in the Cayman Islands. It is perfectly legal to bring back winnings from the Caymans.

If someone had a brokerage account and was clever enough to win 100K at poker, they would know this.

If you obtained money through illegal gambling (i.e. not a regulated onshore gambling site like Las Vegas, Biloxi, Atlantic City, etc) than you have committted a crime, and the banks are ordered to seize all fund and return it to the government.

There are several laws that deal with this, and you have broken several of them simply by using an on-line gambling site
