Looking for sites where I can attract investment/loan of $50-$100K?

I estimate my seed money needs at $50K to $100K, for which I will issue a UCC as security. Return of from 5 to 10 X principal depending on the amount of investment/loan and timing of return via licensing/sale of the IP and/or an award or settlement regarding the lawsuit. Question: Are there sites that have potential investors/lenders who may be interested in something of this nature? (Angels and VCs are not serious about this.)
