my lawyer and all state still has not came to agreement amount i had to quit my job because of my injury i am done with therapy and going back to work now but i am about $1000 short on bills called Global fincail to see if i get a $1000 loan till I receive the settle cause i have a 8 month old and have alot of catching up to how likely will u get the loan?

I purchased a motorcycle on Ebay in March. I have not received a title for the motorcycle. I have disputed through Ebay and Pay Pal and they have ruled in my favor and awarded my purchase price back. No one seems to be interested in the motorcycle. The sellers financier holds that the sell was fraudulent. The seller is not on the motorcycle loan. The bike is not stolen.
The bike financier has not received a payment since August of 2007. Has anyone ever negotiated a settlement with a financier?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
