I wanted to know if I can get a car with a loan and get it titled to me but then have the title transferred under my moms name so that the insurance will be lower. So the car/insurance is under her name and I pay her monthly. Anyone have any idea on the legality of this. Thanks

And in the detailed history, it says like “DUPLICATE TITLE, EXCLUDED/EXEMPT” for around 3 times in the last 1 year.. The current owner has bought the 8 months back… So, what does duplicate tile or EXCLUDED/EXEMPT mean?

Is it like rebuilt tile? If I buy that I take it for registration and titling, will I face problems or will i be issued a rebuilt tile??

Any help would be appreciated…

Is it legally my car. The person I got the title from never got the car registered. But the original owner signed the title to be sold I took the title to the Motor vehicle association and now the car title is in my name has my bank as a lien holder. The car is registered in my name and I also have insurance on the vehicle. The person that gave me the title has the keys is this car Legally mine? And what can I do? I also went to the bank to try and get the problem resolved they cancelled my loan and would not give me a new one to the person I said was selling the car they then said I should go to legal. I know it would be unfortunate to just take the car but I’m sure someone would do it to me I took care of everything on my end and the person didn’t tell me it was not there name on the title or check until after they tried to cash it what should I do?
