I have called on (really) every bank in the state of illinois and kept intouch with the chef lending officers/follow up,etc…. and know one seems to need the service most banks in Illinois are realestate banks and don’t secure loans with equipment.

Should I just give up and do something else or keep going. I cannot afford to keep throwing money at marketing the business.

Given the possibility of asking the bank for the loan in the future, I was thinking of incorporating now. Securing a corporate credit card with some assets and building a credit rating for this new corporation in the mean time. Does anyone have any experience with this? Would the bank care?

I went through a bad divorce, and I am staying with a friend. I own two cars but nothing else. I have bad personal credit, and I am worried that a personal guarantee could put my friend on the hook as well.
Why doesn’t the property itself count as the collateral?

What’s the interest rate range, what’s the range of how many yrs u can have the loan, range of amnt they can loan, will they include the first yrs lease amnt in the loan if needed…etc, etc?
